Frequently asked questions
Can I jog on this or is it walking only?
The speed range runs from 1 km/h up to 8 km/h, so it covers slow walking, brisk walking, and a light jog at the upper end. It is not designed for sustained running at higher speeds.
How much storage space does it need?
With the handrail folded down, the walking pad is 9.1 cm high, which clears the underside of most sofas and bed frames. Unfolded it measures 105.4 x 54.4 x 96 cm.
What is the maximum user weight?
The F1F is rated for users up to 100 kg. The unit itself has a net weight of 17.1 kg.
Does it need assembly?
The deck, belt, and console arrive assembled. Raising the handrail into its upright position is the only step before first use, and it folds back down the same way for storage.
Will it work with Cyprus mains electricity?
Yes. The walking pad runs on 220 to 240V at 50Hz, matching standard Cyprus household supply, so no adaptor or voltage converter is required.
