We are a retailer. We buy and import our own stock, hold it in our own warehouse in Cyprus, and sell it directly to you. We are not a marketplace, an affiliate site or a deal-finding platform, and there are no third-party sellers on cydeals.cy.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms are written for consumers — people buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. If you are buying in the course of a business, these terms still apply to your purchase, but the right to change your mind in section 8 does not, because it is a consumer right.

To order you must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. How a contract is made

1. You place an order at checkout.
2. We send you an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement that we received your order, not acceptance of it.
3. The contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch the goods, or, for Cash on Delivery orders, when we hand the goods to the courier for delivery to you.

We may decline an order. Reasons include the item being out of stock, an error in the price or description, a delivery address we cannot serve, or a suspected fraudulent order. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

4. Prices

• All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See Delivery Information.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
• Occasionally a product may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you more.

5. Payment

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Link

Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Cash on Delivery is not available on every order. Our couriers cannot collect payment on the largest items, so:

Available payment methods are shown at checkout once your basket and delivery method are set.

6. Availability and pre-orders

Stock levels shown on the site are kept as accurate as we can, but an item can sell out between your order and our processing it. If that happens we will tell you and refund you in full or offer an alternative.

Pre-orders. Some items can be ordered before stock arrives. The expected availability date is shown on the product page and in your basket.

• Pre-orders can be paid with any of our payment methods, including Cash on Delivery.
• If the expected date changes, we will email you the new date.
• You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch, without giving a reason, and receive a full refund of anything you have paid.
• Expected dates are estimates based on supplier information. They are not guaranteed dates, and we do not accept liability for losses caused by a delayed pre-order beyond refunding you.

7. Delivery

We deliver throughout the government-controlled areas of the Republic of Cyprus. Timeframes, charges and the rules for large items are set out in full in Delivery Information, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominated, take physical possession of them.

If we cannot deliver within the timeframe we quoted, and the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

8. Your right to change your mind

As a consumer buying online you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. On top of that we offer a 30-day return policy of our own.

9. Faulty goods and your legal guarantee

Every product we sell carries a two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, as required by Cyprus and EU consumer law. Where a manufacturer offers its own warranty, that is additional and never a substitute.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

10. Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date,
• keep your password confidential,
• tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

11. Acceptable use of the site

Do not use cydeals.cy to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, to scrape the site at a rate that affects its operation, or to post unlawful or abusive content.

12. Intellectual property

The content of cydeals.cy — text, images, logos, design and software — belongs to Claim Your Deals Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission. You may of course use the site normally to browse and buy.

13. Our liability to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses — loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

We do not limit or exclude our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under product liability law, and for your statutory rights as a consumer.

We try to keep the site available and secure but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, industrial action, failure of public infrastructure, or courier network disruption. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and be refunded in full.

15. Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact us first at support@cydeals.cy. Most things are resolved quickly this way and we would much rather fix a problem than argue about one.

If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Cyprus. Consumers based in another EU country can also contact the European Consumer Centre Cyprus.

Claim Your Deals Limited is not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme and does not undertake to participate in one. This does not affect your right to contact the Consumer Protection Service or to bring a claim in court.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. As a consumer you have the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We may bring proceedings only in the courts of the country where you live.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. Changes are posted here with a new “last updated” date.

18. Other

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not immediately enforce a right, that does not prevent us enforcing it later. These terms are between you and us; no one else has the right to enforce them.
