Is this a drug-free way to manage pain?
Yes. The unit uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, sending mild electrical pulses through the pads rather than relying on any medication.
Where on the body can I place the pads?
The pads are commonly applied to the neck, shoulders, lower back, knees, and calves. Avoid placing them over the head, throat, or chest, and follow the positioning guidance in the manual.
How do I adjust the intensity?
Each channel has its own dial that adjusts strength from 0 to 8. Start low and increase gradually until the sensation feels strong but comfortable.
Can I set how long a session lasts?
Yes. The built-in timer can be set from 1 to 60 minutes, or switched to continuous mode, with the remaining time shown on the LCD.
Is it safe for everyone to use?
