Add or remove plates in balanced combinations and secure the collars as instructed before lifting.

A connector is included, but the listing does not provide a separate rated working-load limit for barbell use. Follow the supplied instructions and confirm that limit before loading it.

Plate coatings do not guarantee protection for every surface. Use a suitable mat and lower the weights under control.

Thread the connector rod into one dumbbell bar's end, then screw the second bar onto the rod's opposite side. The entire process completes in less than half a minute.

The rubber coating creates a protective barrier that prevents floor scratches and cushions impact. This works well with tile, hardwood, marble, and laminate surfaces commonly found in Cyprus homes.

This equipment supports training for chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core. You can perform pressing movements, pulling exercises, squatting patterns, and isolated arm work using the dumbbell and barbell configurations.

When properly tightened, the threaded spin locks create a secure hold that keeps plates from moving during standard training movements and exercises.

Everything necessary for immediate training comes included. The set contains all bars, weight plates, locking collars, and the conversion rod needed for both dumbbell and barbell exercises.
