Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the vibration and superposition settings?
There are four settings in total. Light vibration and strong vibration run the platform on its own at two intensities. Light superposition and strong superposition combine the vibration output with belt movement, so the platform stays active while you walk.
Can the P3 Max be used under a standing desk?
Yes. Fold the armrests flat and the pad slides under most standing desks. The 0.5 to 4 km/h walking band suits desk work, and the handheld remote lets you change speed without bending down to the console.
Is it suitable for running, or only walking?
The belt reaches 12 km/h, which covers running as well as walking and jogging. The 105 cm running surface gives a workable stride length at those speeds, though taller users may prefer the jogging band for longer sessions.
Do I need the app to use the treadmill?
No. The LED console and the handheld remote operate the treadmill on their own. The app adds Bluetooth session tracking, performance data and guided training programmes if you want them.
How do I store it between sessions?
Fold the armrests down against the deck, then fold the frame and stand it upright. Transport wheels let you roll it into a corner, against a wall, or into a storage cupboard without lifting the full weight.
