What surfaces can this machine be used on?
It is suitable for carpets, rugs, fabric sofas, upholstered chairs, cushions, and car seat upholstery. Test on a small, concealed area before cleaning light-coloured or particularly delicate fabrics.
Does it heat the water?
No - this machine uses cold water only. Cold water extraction is effective on most common stains and carpet types, and means cleaning starts immediately after filling the tank with no warm-up period.
What type of cleaning solution do I need?
Use a low-foam carpet or upholstery cleaner, diluted according to that product's instructions. Standard high-foam detergents are not compatible, as excess foam can leave residue inside the machine and on treated surfaces.
Will I need to stop and refill during a cleaning session?
The 1080ml clean water tank is sufficient for most spot-cleaning tasks in one fill. For larger areas such as a full room of carpet, you may need to refill once. The transparent tank windows on both sides make it easy to keep track of levels as you work.
Is there any setup or assembly required?
No assembly is required. Attach your chosen tool to the hose, fill the clean water tank with water and your chosen low-foam cleaner, and the machine is ready to use straight away.
