Frequently asked questions
How does the automatic cleaning work?
The 360° rotating mechanism activates after your cat exits, thoroughly cleaning the litter chamber and depositing waste into the sealed 8L compartment below.
What type of litter should I use?
Use clumping cat litter with small diameter particles (tofu, bentonite, or mineral-based). Avoid non-clumping varieties or large pellets exceeding 3mm diameter.
Can I monitor multiple cats?
Yes, the gravity sensors distinguish between different cats and track individual usage patterns, providing health insights for each pet.
What's included in my purchase?
Your complete package includes the automatic litter box, power adapter, user manual, starter waste bags, protective litter mat, and decorative stickers.
Is WiFi required for operation?
While the unit functions without WiFi, you'll need a 2.4GHz connection to access remote monitoring, health tracking, and app-based controls.
How often do I empty the waste compartment?
The 8L capacity typically requires emptying every 1-2 weeks for single cats, depending on usage frequency and litter type.
