CY Deals is an online retailer in Cyprus. We choose the products, price them, run the advertising, build our own software, keep our own stock and get every order to the customer’s door. Most retailers outsource half of that list. We don’t — which is why the team covers five fairly different kinds of work.

Where we hire
Roles are grouped into five departments. The code appears in the reference number on every job we post.

| Logistics & Delivery | LOG | Getting orders across the island, coordinating our courier partners, and sorting it out when a delivery goes wrong. |
| Commercial & Marketing | COM | Deciding what we sell, what it costs, and running the advertising that brings customers to the store. |
| Technology | TECH | Building and maintaining the store, along with the stock, dispatch and courier systems behind it. |
| Customer Care | CS | Answering questions before the order goes out, and solving problems after it arrives. |
What it is like to work here
- You run something, not a slice of it. The team is small enough that every job has a clear owner. You will not spend your week waiting on three other departments to move.
- The salary is in the ad. We publish the range before you apply, so nobody finds out at the third interview that it was never going to work.
- You always know where you stand. We reply at every stage, including when the answer is no.
- We build our own tools. The store, stock, dispatch and courier routing are all ours. When something gets in your way, it can usually be changed.
How hiring works

| 3. Talk to us | A call first, then you come in and meet the people you would work with. |
| 4. Offer | Written, with salary and terms. You tell us when you can start. |
Some roles add a short practical task at the first stage. Where that applies, it is described on the job page before you begin.
