These clamps are designed for 50mm sleeves, which is the standard diameter for Olympic barbells. They also fit adjustable dumbbell handles and EZ curl bars with a matching 50mm sleeve diameter.
How do I open and close them?
Press the lever on the side of the clamp to open it, slide it onto the bar sleeve up against your loaded plates, and release the lever to lock it in place. The entire process takes under two seconds.
Will they scratch or damage my barbell sleeves?
No. The internal thickened liner sits between the clamp body and the sleeve surface, preventing direct contact between the hard plastic and the bar. This protects the sleeve finish during normal use.
How many clamps are included in the pack?
Each pack contains two clamps, one for each side of the barbell. No additional purchase is needed to load and secure both ends of the bar.
Are these suitable for heavy lifting?
