It’s a very capable and practical bench for a home gym. Feels solid and much closer to a professional gym bench than I expected. The instructions seem to suggest that the foam rollers can be removed, but mine appear to be fixed quite firmly in place. I didn’t want to use excessive force and risk damaging them. I also wish there was one additional height adjustment for the middle section of the bench. It locks securely into its current position, but personally I would have liked the option to set it slightly higher.

Easy to fold and lightweight so can move around and store easily. Many incline angles to choose from but not at 90 degrees. The sit is not that sturdy, and moves a bit but seems strong enough.
