Frequently asked questions
Should I fill the base with water or sand?
Sand is the recommended filler for heaviest stability, holding up to 400kg versus 200kg for water. Water is easier to drain if you plan to move the bag often.
Will the suction cups work on my floor?
The 19 suction cups grip best on smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces like tile, laminate, polished concrete, or sealed wood. They will not lock onto carpet, rugs, or textured stone.
Is this bag strong enough for hard hitters?
Yes. The 2mm PU leather shell, high-density foam core, and dual shock-absorption system are built to handle full-power punches and kicks from adult users during regular training.
How loud is it during use?
The rubber base disc and elastic connector absorb most of the impact noise, making it noticeably quieter than chain-hung heavy bags. Apartment-friendly when the base is properly filled.
Does it need assembly?
Setup takes a few minutes. Connect the bag to the base, fill the reservoir with sand or water through the top opening, and press down to activate the suction cups.
How much space do I need around it?
Allow at least 1 metre of clearance on all sides so you can throw kicks and move around the bag freely during combinations.
