Frequently asked questions
Are weight plates included with the station?
Yes. Four 5kg plates are supplied, giving you 20kg of resistance straight away. They slide onto the vertical loading post and are secured with the collar.
Can I load more weight than the plates supplied?
Yes. The loading post accepts additional plates, so you can increase resistance as your strength develops. Add weight gradually and keep the plates evenly seated on the post.
What exercises does it cover?
Lat pulldowns with the wide bar, close and neutral grip pulldowns, straight arm pulldowns and triceps pushdowns with the rope, plus seated cable rows and low pulley curls at the floor-level station.
How much room do I need to set it up?
The frame occupies 151cm by 104cm of floor and stands 195cm tall. Allow some clearance behind the seat for the low row stroke and enough ceiling height to stand up at the frame.
Does it need to be assembled?
Yes. The station ships flat-packed with all bolts, pulleys, cables and an instruction sheet. Two people and a set of spanners make the build considerably easier.
