Frequently asked questions
What is included in the box?
The box includes the mini chainsaw (body, guide bar and chain), a lithium battery, a charger, installation tools, an instruction manual and a carry case.
What thickness of branch can this chainsaw cut?
The 15cm bar handles branches and small trunks up to about 15cm in diameter. For anything thicker, cut from two sides or use a larger saw.
Is it really cordless?
Yes. The saw runs on a rechargeable 21V lithium battery, so there is no mains cable, no fuel, and no oil mixing involved.
How heavy is it to hold?
With the battery fitted the saw weighs around 1.16kg, light enough to use one-handed for pruning and overhead cuts.
How does the safety switch work?
The motor will not start until you release the lock-off switch. This stops the chain from running if the trigger is pressed by accident.
Can I adjust the chain and baffle myself?
Yes. The kit includes the installation tools and a manual for fitting the chain and setting the anti-splash baffle to your branch size.
