Frequently asked questions
How much ice do I need?
For water at 10-15°C, you'll need approximately 15-20kg of ice mixed with cold water, depending on your starting water temperature.
How long does setup take?
The ice bath unfolds and fills in minutes. Simply expand the tub, ensure it's on a stable surface, and add water.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
The durable rubber-silicone construction is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, making it perfect for Cyprus gardens, terraces, and balconies.
How do I drain the water?
The tub can be tipped to drain, or you can use a small pump. Always drain away from plants or surfaces sensitive to cold water.
Can multiple people use it?
The 320L capacity and 80cm diameter comfortably accommodate one adult. For hygiene, we recommend individual use or thorough cleaning between users.
How do I store it when not in use?
Simply drain, dry thoroughly, fold flat, and store in a cool, dry place. The compact folded size fits easily in closets or under beds.
What's the recommended session duration?
Start with 2-3 minutes and gradually build up to 10-15 minutes as your body adapts. Always listen to your body and exit if you feel uncomfortable.
