This adjustable bench is rock-solid. The powder‑coated steel frame feels sturdy and the backrest adjusts easily across several angles. The padding is firm enough for heavy presses but still comfortable. For what I do it’s more than enough.

Compact but capable weight bench. I’ve done presses, rows, and leg work with up to 40kg dumbbels plus body weight and no flex at all. Adjusting the backrest takes seconds and feels secure, not wobbly. Very happy with this piece.

Really like the bench so far. Easy to adjust between incline and flat, and the height is perfect. I docked a star because the seat pad feels a bit narrow for me. Otherwise stable and ideal for my lightweight dumbbell workouts.
